abstract = "In the finite element method (FEM), the matrix equation can be solved either using a direct elimination method or an iterative method. The conjugate gradient (CG) is a common-used iterative method. But there are several limits in its application. In order to overcome the disadvantages, a preconditioned conjugate gradient (PCG) method based on the incomplete Cholesky decomposition is introduced in this paper. And this PCG method is applied to the analysis of an electromagnetic wave tool.",
