Abstract

Highlights Polar-coordinate-based line projection enables rapid printing of tubular structures with higher precision and compressive strength. Using a cylindrical auxiliary axis allows for the manufacture of radial multi-material structures and facilitates printing of coaxial structures. It is beneficial for the rapid customization of tubular implants and for manufacturing tubular components in dentistry, aerospace, and other fields.
