Abstract

Experiments of pulverization and evaporation performance of two kinds evaporating tubes as fuel spray properties for the gas turbine combustor have been presented. Liquid is injected against or perpendicular to the airflow. The drop size in the tube outlet is measured under different conditions. The results indicate that these two kinds evaporating tubes have good pulverization and evaporation performance.
