Abstract

This article analyzes the performance and the energy of a dissimilar redundant hybrid electro-hydraulic actuation system component by EHA and EMA by using Bond Graph method and designs a controller to improve the system performance and efficiency. Firstly, use 20-sim to create EHA and EMA bond graph model, analyze the characteristics of each system; Secondly, construct EHA and EMA collaboration system under the consideration of force fighting factor, analyze performance and efficiency of the system; Thirdly, design the controller to solve force fighting and improve the performance and efficiency of the system at the same time.
