This paper addresses the motion parameters estimation problem of high speed maneuvering target in GEOSAR where translation motion and rotating motion are considered. A method based on Keystone transform, Fractional Fourier Transform (FrFT) are introduced to estimate and compensate the translational motion and extract micro motion feature. The effectiveness of the method is validated by simulation results.",
