Abstract

The method and design process were proposed. On the base of robust backstepping technique, a method for parallel control of robust backstepping and neural network was proposed, which consists of a robust controller as the main controller and a network controller used to compensate for dynamic error. Robust control can overcome the plant uncertainties and ensure the robust stability of system. Neural network is able to improve the tracking precision. Simulation shows that the method is perfect and it is very fit for robust control of high-precision servo system.
