Abstract

In order to optimize and analyze assembly clearance for turbine rotor of aeroengine, the multi-dimension reliability of turbine rotor was analyzed based on structural reliability theory. Multi assembly key points were selected and reliabilities of their dimensions were calculated and analyzed by Monte Carlo method and assembly dimensional chain theory, then the dimension which did not meet design requirement was amended. The results of case analysis show that the method of modifying tolerances can meet design requirement and improve reliability. It demonstrates that this idea is available and feasible.
