Abstract
Due to the shortcomings of the common synthetical optimizing method consisting of pattern-scout and penalty-function, two improved methods are mentioned in this paper. In the meantime, citing an example of an aeronautical high-voltage rare-earth permanent magnet motor, we gave the optimizing results of the common method and two improved methods respectively.
