One-step finite element analysis for the stamping of fender

Abstract

The mathematics model and key problems of one-step method are researched. One-step analysis software system is constituted. Project and average method was put forward to obtain good initial value for blank. A method of applying blank holding force is proposed. Through calculating the benchmark of NumiSheet2002, It is proved that the system can calculate the optimal blank shape and deformation of fender in short time.
