Abstract

In this paper, we consider a class of discrete-time bilinear systems which are nearly controllable with a fixed number of control inputs. We propose an algorithm to solve the minimum-energy control inputs to achieve state transition and prove its optimality. Simulations are given to demonstrate the proposed algorithm.
