Abstract
An advanced gas turbine liner wall temperature distribution in the presence of film cooling is researched by the use of two kinds of analytical models which consider and neglect the effect of axial heat conduction. Moreover, the calculated results at normal and low drain of cooling gas flow are contrasted. It shows that axial heat conduction may be neglected in the case of normal drain of cooling gas flow and must be considered in the case of low drain of cooling gas flow. The two highest wall temperatures calculated by the use of two kinds of models are less than 1100K. It shows that the design of film cooling construction of this gas turbine is greatly successful. The developed procedures can be used for engineering design.
