Abstract
A novel method of calculating discrete Green's function in time domain-parallel time-domain Diakoptics was presented. A complicated circuit is divided into several sub-circuits that could be calculated by finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method independently. The parallel time-domain Diakoptics algorithm is employed to analyze coupling between sub-circuits and to obtain the discrete time domain Green's functions of the circuit. As a comparison to conventional Mode-Matching method and FDTD, the method in this paper is more accurate and efficient for simulations of complicated structures.
