Abstract

For the complexity of rotor vibration process and the randomcity of vibration fault generated, a fault quantitative diagnosis method which describes the changing rule of rotor vibration by information entropy difference matrix under more measurement points and multi-speed comes up in this paper. First of all, four typical failures of rotor vibration are simulated based on rotor experiment, and vibration fault data under more points and multi-speed are collected. Secondly, the information entropy matrix is calculated through analyzing and processing the data. Finally, the validity of this method to distinguish the rotor fault types and determine the fault severity is proved to be effective by example calculation and analysis of rotor vibration fault signals.
