Abstract

The research object of this paper is the space two-dimensional tracking turntable. When turntable rotates at high speed, there will be a non- negligible coupling effect between frames. During low-speed motion, the low-speed friction torque will cause the turntable to crawl and shake. Firstly, this paper analyzes the kinematics of turntable under working conditions, and then discusses the dynamic coupling of the two-dimensional tracking turntable itself based on LuGre friction model. Finally, the paper designs a detailed control system of turntable and proposes a new nonlinear control method. The simulation is carried out with Simulink, and we obtain a good control effect.
