Abstract

The paper presents a new algorithm for multiple scattering calculations. By following Knott and Blejer's study, we develop a Recursive Rapid Algorithm for Multiple Scattering (RRAMS) based on area projection and physic optics(PO), combining with Reentrant Polygon Clipping (RPC) method in the context of computer graphics. Some typical scattering computation results and IASR images are given. This modeling method shows the validation in comparing with the measure data.
