Abstract
In this paper, a method based on nonlinear adaptive filter method was used to explore intelligent vibration isolation platform which can control six degrees of freedom controller design. Because active vibration isolation platform actuator is made of magnetostrictive material, dynamic hysteresis nonlinear appears in isolation platform. Dynamic hysteresis nonlinear will affect the accuracy of the control on platform and may even cause oscillation. This paper uses the GPO (Generalized Play Operator) nonlinear adaptive filter method to model for active vibration isolation original GMA. Also, Based on the GPO nonlinear adaptive filter, the filtered-ϵ method is used respectively for six degrees of freedom vibration isolation platform to design adaptive inverse damping controller. Simulation results prove the effectiveness of the design based on GPO nonlinear adaptive filter control method.
