Using network graph, this paper puts forward the operable method to build the company capability network model, establishes the company capability network model, and further constructs the fractal company capability network model based on that. Furthermore, this paper analyzes the core capabilities of company capabilities and fractal company capabilities based on the theory of core and core degree and the network graphs. These are important theory foundations for the further analysis on company capabilities and fractal company capabilities.",
