Abstract

This paper analyses the fluid dynamic, thermodynamics and kinetic characteristics of a pneumatic loading system, and the detailed nonlinear model is derived and simulated. This model is verified by experiment. The influence of initial pressure and volumn of two champers are studied. The dynamic performances with different supply pressure are compared too. Pneumatic loading system has strong nonlinear, vulnerable to the influence of inertia, friction and disturbances, Study preliminarily the control strategy of pneumatic servo loading system and provides some theoretical basis for future research.
