Model framework of knowledge management system based on Web knowledge service

To deal with issues of sharing, integration and reuse of various distributed Web knowledge resources, the concept of Web knowledge services was proposed and a model framework of knowledge management system based on Web knowledge services was brought forward, which provided a new idea for knowledge sharing and reuse in Web-based knowledge management and extended the Web-based knowledge management theory. Web-based knowledge management was implemented through three tiers in this framework, which were services infrastructure, services application and services user. It was helpful to set up Web-based knowledge management system and realize knowledge sharing and reuse. Finally, a case study was given to illustrate the application of this framework.
