Abstract

The general electro-hydraulic system model often includes four elements such as hydraulic cylinder, servo valve, mechatronics plant, and hydraulic parametric uncertainty. In terms of the model construction of the electro-hydraulic actuator, the mechatronics plant can be omitted and is usually replaced by the so-called external load disturbance. In this chapter, these model elements are illustrated in detail.
