Abstract

The helicopter possesses characteristics of complex structure, intricate functional mechanisms, intricate development systems, complex development processes, intricate technical states, and complex technical composition. During the assembly process of helicopters, due to their highly complex nature comprising numerous systems, a multitude of components and parts, each individual component and part may significantly impact the overall quality of the aircraft. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct detailed quality control for each component and part. This paper firstly analyzes the shortcomings of the current quality control practices, then proposes a model and data driven overall framework for quality control in helicopter assembly production lines. Finally, based on this framework, detailed explanations of each component are provided.
