Mobile learning for professional situations in smart city

Abstract

Smart city is a concept describing that people can live better in city with the help of information technologies. Learning and education aspect is a main domain in city lift. In this paper, a context-aware mobile learning for professional situationsin smart city is introduced. The main work is focused on the context model and learning system framework, specially the learning engine. The framework is to represent, manipulate and access context information and learning contents in professional learning activity. A specific case study shows that this context-awareness model is feasible and necessary for enhancing professionals' person and work performance.
