Abstract
This paper presents the characteristic of the cellular microstructure and the influence of heat treatment on the microstructure of Sm(Co, Fe, Cu, Zr)z alloys. Effects of Sm and alloying elements on microstructure and magnetic properties of high temperature alloys are summarized. The abnormal temperature dependence of coercivity, coercivity mechanisms and thermal stability of the Sm (Co, Fe, Cu, Zr)z alloys are discussed.
