Abstract
The structure of micromanipulators system for coupling and splicing fiber to optical waveguide is discussed. Some key issues are also analyzed, such as micromanipulator design, system calibration, visual servo system, detecting and controlling system of micro-optical power, optical power searching path planning, and micro-injection system.
