Abstract
In order to investigate the injector heat transfer characteristics, a method of measuring a series of wall temperature in cooper heat sink chamber was discussed. The temperatures and heat flux of the injector face and the hot-gas-wall of chamber can be obtained. The key parameters of the test article were presented, and technique requirements of the temperature sensor were described. A numerical calculation method was developed for this method to obtain the hot-gas-wall temperature and heat flux. And an application of this method on a gas-gas shear-coaxial injector hot-test was demonstrated.
