abstract = "This essay designs a kind of unbiased crank rocker mechanism with a certain tilt angle as the reliability test device of Head-Up Display (HUD){\textquoteright}s retraction and extension. Divide the test motion into several stages, build the mathematic model of angle relationship between crank and rocker, and calculate the torque of the crank axle by superimposing the moment of inertia and gravity. The simulation result shows that the whole process of HUD{\textquoteright}s retraction and extension is relatively stable.",
