Abstract

To make automobile panel rapidly and accurately, the yield limit, hardening modes and invalidation modes of materials for large automobile panels were analyzed. During the process of finite element simulation, a hardening model of automobile panel was established by means of the isotropic-kinematics theory and an effective algorithm was proposed. The possible occurrence during the deep-drawn process was predicted to confirm the characteristics of the material yield limit. An aluminum square box-body exemplified the effectiveness of the study results.
