Abstract

As a "three-high-industry" i.e.high energy consumption, pollution and emissions, the chemical industry plays the major role of carbon emission reduction. In this paper the status quo of the carbon emission reduction in chemical industry at home and abroad are summarized. On that basis the pros and cons of carbon emission reduction are analyzed. And according to its own characteristics, some suggests of carbon emission reduction based on the overall efficiency of the chemical industry and a management mode on Chemical Industrial Park are given.
