Linkage model based quality characteristic variation source-tracing analysis

Abstract

To assist the analysis and processing of quality problem in product development and to research the variation source-tracing of quality characteristic, the linkage was introduced as the basic unit of quality characteristic relationships to construct the linkage network and linkage matrix with linkage coupling and nesting. The basic patterns and typical effects in quality characteristic variation propagation were concluded. On the basis of linkage model, the quality problem analysis oriented quality characteristic variation source-tracing mechanisms were studied and the variation source-tracing process model was built, which included four phases of variation source-tracing, variation propagation, variation filtration and variation source-tracing paths analysis. The variation source-tracing algorithms in open and closed scenes were studied with iteration and improved mouse maze. An application case was provided to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
