Abstract
A probabilistic model for fatigue-creep reliability analysis was studied based on the deterministic fatigue-creep failure function, and the corresponding approach was proposed. Fatigue-creep failure function of alloy GH30 at 600°C was established by using the experimental results under continuous cyclic creep. With consideration of random variables, probabilistic analysis for fatigue-creep of alloy GH30 was performed. The calculations show that random variables do great contributions to the failure probability. Furthermore, the effect of different variables on failure probability can be revealed through the sensitivity analysis, helping to improve the components' life.
