N2 - With the rapid development of today's economy and technology, mechanical systems are widely applied in the industry. As we know, the state of many industrial systems in actual engineering is generally not only related to time, but also related to space. In such case, the traditional lumped parameter model cannot fully express the dynamic characteristics of the system, and it is necessary to treat these systems as distributed parameter systems for modeling and controller design. The background of the modeling and controller design of distributed parameter systems are introduced.
