Integral data fusion method for multigroup type-II censored tests under the same condition

An integral data fusion method for multigroup type-II censored tests under the same condition was presented for normal distribution, lognormal distribution, extreme value distribution, Weibull distribution and other location-scale distributions. This method could integrally infer censored data in multiple groups under the same conditions, and give the integral fusion estimate of the location and the scale parameter. And then, the estimator and the confidence interval of population percentile were established. Compared with traditional methods, the presented method not only has higher precision but also solves the problem of reliability assessment with very small sample.
