abstract = "We propose INSPIRIT, a lightweight priority-based scheduling framework designed for task-based runtime systems. INSPIRIT introduces two novel task attributes such as inspiring capability and inspiring efficiency for dictating scheduling, eliminating the requirements for application domain knowledge. Besides, INSPIRIT adopts a two-stage scheduling policy to monitor the changes in ready tasks in the queue and guide task dispatching with a focus on maximizing hardware utilization.",
