Abstract
To satisfy the need of hardware-in-the-loop simulation of four-element infrared seeker, a method of dynamic infrared scene generation based on direct signal injection was proposed. Infrared scene signals generated by model calculation are composed of target movement, release of jamming projectile and complex background of sky or ground. The signals are directly injected into the electronic cabin of seeker for verification and modification of the tracking and anti-jamming algorithms, without a complicated target simulator consisting of black body, turntable, and optical system. The dynamic infrared scene generation techniques based on the four-element infrared guidance principle and the modeling of infrared scene were investigated. Moreover, the implementation of actual simulated signal source was given to prove the feasibility of method.
