Abstract

Ni Catalysts supported on cordierite with La2O3 and K2O as promoters were prepared. Activities of the catalysts in steam reforming of kerosene for hydrogen production were evaluated in a fixed-bed reactor. Calcination temperature influenced greatly catalyst activity. Activity, stability, and resistance to coke deposition of the catalyst is promising under optimal conditions.
