Highly Efficient Terahertz Emission from InAs Nanostructures

Abstract

We systematically investigated femtosecond laser pulse driven terahertz radiation from InAs nanostructures by pumping terahertz emission spectroscopy. Compared that from InAs nanowires, newly fabricated nanosheets exhibit strongly enhanced radiation capability.
