Abstract

This paper proposes a highprecision galvanometer motor control method based on Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC) and analog velocity extraction to improve the position control precision and the dynamic performance. The analog velocity extraction method is first proposed based on the analog differentiation circuit, which can eliminate the quantization error associated with the digital differentiation of the position. The improved ADRC method is then proposed for the galvanometer motor system to enhance the robustness to the load disturbance and the system parameter variation. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, which has the dynamic response of 200 μ s.
