Heating speed control method based on adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm

Abstract

The electric heating process is a nonlinear, time-varying and large time delay control process. In this study, an adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm is proposed, used as adjusting the control parameters in real time to achieve the uniform heating process. The simulation experiment in MATLAB / SIMULINK shows that the uniform heating speed system has strong stability and self-adaptability. The three sets of heating experiments were designed, with different heating speeds. The experiment of the electric heating plate verified that the system can realize accurate temperature control in uniform heating speed with the algorithm.
