Abstract

In the context of smart energy and digitalization, the problem of difficult coupling between the traditional supply chain cost evaluation and the green evaluation has become more prominent, facing many challenges in practice. To this end, a comprehensive and practical green procurement cost evaluation frame is constructed, where the nonlinear relationship between indicators and the time span of cost evaluation are comprehensively considered, and the Shapley-RM method, a cost evaluation model that combines the Shapley value and the digital reputation mechanism, is proposed. In the field of smart energy, the model is able to effectively integrate real-time energy procurement and green goals by dynamically coupling evaluation dimensions and evaluation cycles. In a data-driven digital environment, the Shapley-RM methodology leverages cross-timescale full-life-cycle procurement big data in the energy supply chain to help companies optimize their procurement decisions and balance cost and environmental benefits. Application analysis of the model shows that the Shapley-RM approach can effectively support green procurement decisions in smart energy, provide precise and intelligent support for enterprises in the dynamic and complex energy market, and promote the deep integration of green and digital transformation.
