Abstract

This paper presents an overview of three works based on graphene stack. The growth mechanism and Raman spectra of single crystal trilayer graphene with different stack orientations are discussed. The fabrication, device performance and working mechanism of graphene earphone and graphene strain sensor based on laser-scribed graphene are introduced. These works may inspire new applications in electronic, optoelectronic, multi-media, bio-medicine devices and systems.
