Abstract

In this paper, we present a kind of general application software framework for unmanned air vehicle (UAV) airborne computer based on the VxWorks real-time operating system. The detailed designs of task classification, priorities and intertask communications are given in the software framework. Moreover, the flight control software is designed as an example under this framework after a brief introduction of the flight control system and the software design requirement for stratospheric aerostat. To make sure that the software design methodology is feasible in the system of stratospheric aerostat, the schedulability analysis is implemented using the rate monotonic (RM) scheduling algorithm.
