Abstract

Anti-Stokes upconverting phosphor (UCP) is settled on glass substrate and Coupled to CCD, low cost near infrared (NIR) arrayed detectors alternative to InGaAs devices are constructed, which spectral range is extended to 1.5μm-band wavelength. The resolution and nonlinearity of the detectors are argued.
