Abstract
To support ERP and PDM system integration better, the characteristics are analyzed. The technology of remote function call is presented. A kind of integration model of ERP and PDM is composed. Data exchange of system integration based on data stream direction is discussed. The conception of heterogeneous data translator is put forward, and its data structure is given. The advantages of RFC was expounded. Finally, an application example of typical integration between PDM and ERP was provided to verify the feasibility and efficiency of RFC technology.
