Abstract

Molecular sieve oxygen production system based on pressure swing adsorption separation principle of molecular sieve materials is used in many types of aircraft. The performance improvement of the airborne molecular sieve oxygen production system can be achieved by optimizing the pressure swing adsorption process. In this paper, a new type of six-bed oxygen-making logic is proposed based on the experimental analysis of the existing twin-bed and three-bed logic airborne molecular sieve system, and the optimization of oxygen-making performance is realized.
