Abstract
The variations of vaporization rate of Micro 'T'-Vaporizer under various working conditions were studied. The experiments were conducted at vaporizer inlet under normal atmospheric pressure. The main influential factors to vaporization rate were tested, which include the air/fuel ratio, inlet air temperature, vaporizer wall temperature and the velocity of the airflow into the vaporizer. The experimental results show that, the air/fuel ratio, inlet air temperature and vaporizer wall temperature are major influential factor to vaporization rate. But, the velocity of the inlet airflow is less influential. The vaporization rate of the micro T-vaporizer is nearly 100%, when inlet air and vaporizer tube wall are heated simultaneously and the air/fuel ratio is more than 4.5.
