abstract = "This paper reported an experimental work on the convective heat transfer of Boger fluids, made of Polyacrylamide (PAAM) and aqueous solution with 65\% sucrose by weight, flowing through a copper serpentine channel in the extremely low Reynolds number and high Weissenberg number. The heat transfer coefficient increased with the PAAM concentration and the enhancement was improved along the serpentine channel. Possible reasons for the enhancement were discussed. Elasticity increases with concentration, and cumulative effects formed by deformations that cannot be recovered immediately were proposed to be the main reasons.",
