Abstract

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs) are increasingly used in war. However, there is still no theoretical method to evaluate the contribution degree of UAVs in cooperative operations with helicopters. Based on the Missions and Means Framework, this paper sorts out the traceable evaluation links of the army aviation cooperative UAV operations, and uses the Network Analysis Process to consider the dependence and impact relationship between those indicators, which makes the allocation of indicator weights more reasonable, more in line with the actual combat situation and more credible. Then, a more comprehensive evaluation system for the combat effectiveness of the UAV coordinated the army aviation is constructed, and the TOPSIS algorithm is used to calculate the UAV contribution rate in the combat mission. Finally, the SuperDecision software is used to analyze the specific cases and verify the effectiveness and reference value of the proposed evaluation method.
