Abstract

Vehicle Performance testing for equipment selection programs affect economic and social benefits is proposed based on normative, economic, technical, service, energy saving and environmental protection, human relations elements of the testing equipment selection evaluation criteria system. Extension theory based on equipment selection decision-making feature set, the use of expert experience to establish expectations element model selection program selection program and alternative element model, extension associate degree through the evaluation of program strengths and weaknesses directly. Example shows that a car based on extension theory comprehensive performance test equipment selection program evaluation is feasible.
