Abstract

The problems such as energy consumption in the process of service data collection, manufacturing service access, service flexible combination, manufacturing service comprehensive evaluation and service application were ignored. Aiming at these problems, the energy consumption comprehensive evaluation framework and energy consumption computational model of cloud resource service based on Internet of things were proposed. All kinds of energy consumption computing matrixes were established under the condition of manufacturing service's load, no load and additional energy consumption. The computing method of manufacturing service comprehensive energy consumption was given and the key technologies for various levels in energy consumption evaluation framework were analyzed. The manufacturing resources were taken as examples to describe the conceptual model and resource energy consumption information with Physical Markup Language(PML). A manufacturing service unit's comprehensive energy consumption was calculated and a kind of cloud manufacturing resources access and information management system was preliminary designed.
