Abstract
Within the framework of the kinetic energy driven superconducting mechanism, we study the electronic structure of cuprate superconductors. It is shown that the peak position at [π, 0] point in the Brillouin zone moves to the Fermi energy with increasing the doping concentration, while the superconducting quasiparticles around the [π, 0] point disperse very weakly with momentum, which are in agreement with the experimental results.
